1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Customized or bulk orders may take additional time; we will notify you in such cases.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer delivery within India through reliable courier partners.

  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

  • Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen events.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can track your package online.

5. Delivery

  • Please provide a complete and correct address to avoid delays.

  • If the courier cannot deliver due to an incorrect address or repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to us, and re-delivery charges may apply.

6. International Shipping

  • At present, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are shipped within India only.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos.

  • If your order is lost during shipping, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
